BeerPier is for adults of legal drinking age. Drinking is optional. If you drink, do not drive or operate any vehicle or watercraft. Arrange a sober, lawful return before the first pour.
BeerPier does not manage your drinking
BeerPier does not serve alcohol, supervise visitors, estimate consumption, calculate blood alcohol concentration, determine sobriety or decide whether anyone is fit to drive, walk, cycle, board transit, swim, boat or take part in an activity. Each person is responsible for their choices, companions, transportation and compliance with applicable law.
No driving after drinking
A legal BAC threshold is not a target and does not mean driving is safe. References to walking, transit, rideshare, hotel proximity or “no-drive” logistics describe geography and planning options only—not your condition after drinking.
- Choose the return method before drinking.
- Use a sober driver or another lawful option.
- Confirm service operates when needed and keep a backup plan.
- Never drive, operate a boat, cycle in traffic or use another vehicle after drinking.
- Never ride with a driver who has been drinking.
No shortcut makes driving safe
Food, coffee, water, a shower, fresh air, brief sleep or “feeling fine” is not proof that a person can drive safely. BeerPier does not provide drinking limits, pacing formulas or personalized health advice.
Age, health and individual circumstances
Only people who meet the legal drinking age where they are located may purchase or consume alcohol. Do not drink when prohibited by law, during pregnancy, when alcohol conflicts with medication or a health condition, or when a healthcare professional has advised against it. Ask a qualified professional about personal medical questions.
Children and family access
A family-friendly destination is not a promise that a brewery, taproom, event or patio admits minors at every time. Parents and guardians remain responsible for children and must confirm current rules.
Water and outdoor hazards
Alcohol can compound risks around piers, docks, beaches, rivers, lakes, pools, boats, heat, cold and uneven paths. Do not swim, boat or enter hazardous waterfront areas after drinking. Follow closures, alerts, posted rules and local authorities.
Information changes
Hours, transportation, routes, sidewalks, lighting, weather, prices, inventory, venue ownership, food service, reservations and age policies can change. Confirm critical details shortly before travel. If a safe return is unavailable, skip the alcohol or change the plan.
